2 Only eating as much protein as your body requires per day, ie approximately 0.25 grams per kilo of lean body mass per day.

To meet your daily energy and calorie need you will adjust how much healthy fat you eat to feel energised and satisfied.
I regularly grab a handful of macadamia nuts as a mid morning or afternoon snack to tide me over as these are a great source of healthy monounsaturated fats.
