Things to keep in mind when starting your primal journey

As you are probably aware from my posts I follow the primal lifestyle laws in most aspects of my day thanks to supportive family and friends a healthy love of the outdoors and a keenness to remain physically fit even as I get older as well as having positive can-do attitude.

For anyone interested in starting their own journey living by the primal lifestyle mantra I would strongly suggest the following –

keep an open mind.

be flexible,

follow your passions and use them to your advantage and

strive to be the best you you can be each day, are all solid components to achieve good health and happiness.

I understand that it is far more difficult for some to achieve this, however no matter who you are you to have the potential for good health and happiness no matter what the media or others tell you.

Start by changing your mindset to consider fresh nutritious food instead of many of the other junk food options that are around and often far more easily accessible today.

Give sleep the importance it deserves and switch off your digital screens early in the night to help get the best sleep possible.
