It’s time to surf

This week for me has been an easier recovery week after a big week last week….in keeping with my intuitive approach to exercise.

A couple of easy mountain bike rides, a couple of light runs and a sprint session yesterday.

And finally…after weeks of howling onshore winds, no swell and 17C water temperature…

today clear blue skies, easterly swell, light offshore winds, no red weed and water temperature a balmy 23C!

With good nutrition, frequent movement everyday, strength training twice a week and a sprint session every 7 to 10 days I’m able to maintain a good level of fitness to have fun and get out and play.

And today….time to surf, for the first time in weeks.

Is your health and fitness holding you back from doing the things you love to do?

So how #didyougooutandplay this weekend?
