The importance of building and maintaining good gut health has only recently been recognised and acknowledged.

Probiotics are healthy living organisms that can be found in foods such as such as yoghurt, pickles, kombucha drinks and even that primal treat of ours dark chocolate and can help your gut by supporting the healthy bacteria in your digestive tract.
