How to improve mitochondria function

Our typical modern day high carbohydrate diet combined with a high stress exercise program results in

our bodies being dependent on carbohydrate for energy and then being damaged from oxidation inflammation and accelerating our bodies ageing process.

Living a lifestyle eating primal and exercising mainly in the aerobic heart rate range (180-your age, eg 180 – 36 = 134 maximum aerobic hear rate) makes our body adapt to burning good fat and stored fat which is a much cleaner energy due to an improved mitochondria function.

Mitochondria are the power generators found in the cells in our bodies.
