How often should I exercise?

We have been told by the guru’s for a long time, that we need to exercise consistently to achieve the best level of fitness.

Our bodies however, actually respond better to variation, as well as working with your energy level, mood and other commitments of your day.

When you move towards aligning your workout with how you feel and having fun, the challenge of exercise almost goes away.

Keeping in mind also that the Primal lifestyle supports a lifelong, sustainable approach to diet and exercise so we want to ensure that we are enjoying the whole journey, not just arriving at the finish line as is some gurus promote. The quick weight loss approach is not sustainable, not enjoyable and can’t be maintained to achieve the desired outcome for a better healthier life.
