What does a healthy diet look like?

For many years I have read a swag of books and articles about good nutrition that I thought were the best healthy choices and based my life around this.

But it wasn’t until I started the Primal Health Coaching course and began to understand the science (and test on myself) that many “facts” we have been told over many years may not actually be the best things for our bodies….


The core of the healthy diet should consist of 6 to 11 servings of grain based food everyday to provide energy for our muscles and brain.Fact

Grains actually encourage –


excess insulin production,

fat storage,

allergic reactions,

leaky gut &

contribute to heart disease.

Evolution biologist Jared Diamond believes grains “could be one of the worst mistakes in the history of the human race”. Eating plants and animals provides far more nutritional value for humans then grains.
