Hey there Roddo from Sports Adventure with another quick tip.

And todays quick tip when you at home in your homework shop working on the bike you might have the wheels off changing a tyre or doing a few bits and pieces and you’ve got the bike upside down on the ground.

Just take the opportunity to check your frame.

It’s something that we don’t look at all that often with the bike in a vertical position.

So just give it the once over check all the welds the joints the connections make sure everything appears ok and you will be good for another day.

Thanks guys have a great day I know I will.

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
