What is the most healthy diet to get the most out of your life?



Although there are several components that go together to make up the Primal lifestyle, one of the first phases of the program that I coach (and possibly the most important) is nutrition.

Getting this right is critical to transform your body from a high inflammation, high insulin producing, weight gaining high carbohydrate standard modern diet to a Primal diet to effortless weight loss, good health and long life.

The key factors here are to eliminate –

Sugar,

Grains and

Refined vegetable oils.
