Quick Tip #31 – Make The Most Of Your Spare Time…Even When You Are Not On Your Mountain Bike

And when I’m out and about and don’t get time to get on the bike I throw on the joggers and go for a run.

It keeps me in shape it keeps my heart rate up and I love it
