Quick Tip #26 – How To Keep Your Physical “Edge” For Mountain Biking

Hey there Roddo from Sports Adventure today with another quick tip.

And today’s quick tip is on stretching.

Stretching has become a very important part of my day as I’ve gotten older I’ve noticed when I don’t stretch over a period when I was quite ill I felt my body just tightening up and tensing up.

My back started to hurt a little bit, my legs were tight and felt quite restrictive aall round.

So I have a stretching routine that I go through everyday and I find it helps maintain my flexibility certainly on the bike and just during day to day activities and I think you guys could benefit from it too.

Thanks guys have a great day I know I will.

Stay tuned tomorrow for you next quick tip.

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
