Hey there guys Roddo from Sports Adventure again with another quick tip.
Today’s quick tip is about saddle alignment.
Just ensure if you adjusting the height or doing anything with your saddle to make sure that when it’s fitted back into the frame that it is level and it is square.
You can probably appreciate, but your feel it even more when you don’t get this right if it’s a little bit offset to one side, you’ll soon notice with the movement of your legs scraping against the edge of the saddle it gets pretty uncomfortable and can cause a bit of chaffing.
It’s the last thing we want when you are out on the bike.
So just make sure it is square and also that is level.
You don’t want a saddle that’s tipped too far forward or backwards. It throws out your balance when you trying to sit on the saddle.
Thanks guys have a great day I know I will.
Stay tuned tomorrow for you next quick tip.

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
