Quick Tip #20 – Having Problems Clipping In or Clipping Out….This Maybe Your Solution

Hey there Roddo from Sports Adventure again today with another tip.

And today’s quick tip even though you might not think about it but new gear can also wear loose.

Recently I bought a new pair of cycling shoes and although I went to a great length to make sure that everything was fitted correctly, even after the first ride I found that they’d worked loose as you can see from this image.

So just make sure you double check all you gear, particularly your shoes and your cleats after a ride and even before you ride, because in this particular circumstance you can imagine became quite difficult to clip in an out with this cleat loose as it was shown.

Thank guys. Have a great day I know I will.

Stay tuned tomorrow for you next quick tip

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
