Hey there Rod from Sports Adventure today’s quick tip is on lubing your mountain bike chain.
Now firstly you can either put your bike in a bike stand or just lean it up against a are stationary object and I usually put a rag or something as I’ve show in the images there on the underside incase you get any lube that might go through the chain on your floor under your rims and firstly in the cranks in a reverse direction with the lube for the inside of a chainsaw for evolution of the chain.
Doing the same then on the outside of a chain another full revolution with the cranks spinning in the reverse direction and then just wipe off an excess with a rag a couple of quick turns with the cranks again to work that lube into the chain and you are good to go.
There you go guys – lubing a chain.
So keep in touch and get out on the trails.

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
