Primal Law #2 – Avoid poisonous things

These days with our modern day diet, it can be quite difficult to avoid foods that are not good for our health, even at home.

If you do find it hard, the best way to do it is to remove all these temptations from your pantry and fridge and then stick with the plan, particularly when it comes to eating out and the temptations of fast food restaurants.

However if you feel so and indulge in a treat that is not primal approved every once in a while, enjoy it don’t beat yourself up and come back to your new primal ways.

You may actually find that the treat that you used to love and often enjoy, doesn’t sit all that well with you now and after eating it may then make you think twice about eating it again in future.

For me, my craving for sweet things has almost completely disappeared after going primal….except for the occasional (daily) snack on dark chocolate.
