As we get older our ability to remember how to play is easily overlooked and lost thinking that its just something that our kids do.
For me play has always been an important part of my life. But for anyone who has let it slip, play can be one of a number of different unstructured activities that is just for fun.
Things like mountain biking, surfing, stand up paddle boarding or just going for a walk in the bush are all at the top of my play lists.
Other things you can do include join a local group, walk the dog, play a game outside join a local sports team, unplug from the net and go camping or even just watch your kids and do what they do.
Get in touch with your inner child let go, have fun and incorporate play into as many parts of your life as you can.
