Do I need to take supplements?

Unfortunately living a super high stressed modern life with poor nutrition long periods of travel and excessive or not enough exercise poor sleep and not enough sunlight will certainly take its toll on your general health digestive and immune systems.

However living a life in line with the Primal diet exercise and lifestyle programme that I live and coach my clients certainly helps to minimise much of the oxidative damage that a modern life places on us.

Occasionally additional multivitamins may also required to supplement our lack of vitamins provided by our nutrition due to our busy lives.

Our bodies use a broad range of antioxidants in different ways every day, but as with most things too many of any one thing may cause us harm.

My preference is to ensure a balanced diet with good exercise, sleep and minimising stress wherever possible to avoid taking additional supplements unless it is absolutely necessary to help an imbalance I may be suffering.
