Every day in our lives, we have so many different indicators and signs to tell us what to do.
Everywhere we go,
Everywhere we turn,
There is a different sign telling us something (it maybe it’s good or not so good) .
Some may say that it’s an overkill, but that’s the world we live in.
Are you able to recognize the different signs in your life?
When I fell Ill a few years ago…I had many severe signs that turned my world on it’s head.
But there may also be other small signs that you maybe overlooking.
According to www.medicinenet.com symptoms such as –
shortness of breath,
sweating,
indigestion,
nausea,
a decreased ability to do routine activities.
difficulty concentrating or completing projects
lack of energy
difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much
change in appetite (some people stop eating while others overeat)
feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness
excessive sadness or feelings of emptiness.
These can all be indicators of other problems so it’s important that we are all proactive with our health and seek medical advice when needed.
I now pay closer attention to my body, how I feel and what that means for me.
Maybe this is something you too can also think about?
Ask yourself…how are you really feeling today?
Your first point of call – a checkup with your local doctor then think about a new eating plan and regular exercise program.
There are no quick fixes…no magic bullets.
Just aim for a consistent long term approach for real change.
So keep in touch and see you out on the trails.

Like any sport, bicycling involves risk of injury and damage. By choosing to ride a bicycle, you assume the responsibility for that risk, so you need to know — and to practice — the rules of safe and responsible riding and of proper use and maintenance. Proper use and maintenance of your bicycle reduces risk of injury.
