One major barrier that I had to overcome in my mind when I first started eating paleo and then a primal diet, was that I didn’t have to restrict myself to particular foods for breakfast lunch or dinner, as most of us tend to do with our modern day diet.
As any approved meal can easily be interchanged with any other at any time of day without restriction, it’s possible to eat intuitively and even skip a meal if I’m not hungry or good quality food is not available.
